Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Cookeville, Tennessee.

We Ship first class with a tracking number through the United States Postal Service.

That depends on what you ordered. If you ordered the EasyAddPlus application you will receive a download link via email after payment. If you ordered the EasyAddPlus Bundle or the Pre Programmed 2D Barcode Scanner then it will be  shipped within 1-3 business days. If your order is placed on a holiday it may be an additional 1-2 days to due to the post offices being closed.

Yes. We will provide a tracking number once your order ships.

We suggest you give it a few days. Post offices sometimes mark items as delivered when they arrive at your local post office. If you have not yet received your order after a couple of days, contact your local post office with your tracking number and see if they can locate it for you.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, No. That is because a download link for our application is automatically sent to the buyer upon completion of purchase. Once the link is sent we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

No. At this time we do not accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.

We do. As we are a business we are required by law to charge sales tax. This of course only applies to states that have sales tax.

EasyAddPlus is located in Cookeville, Tennessee. It is also the same location from which we ship our orders.

EasyAddPlus sells a desktop application that is designed to make first time customer data entry faster and more efficient. We also sell 2D barcode scanners that come pre programmed to work with our application

No, not at this time.

The subscription fee helps cover any future software updates, as well as, any phone support that may be necessary.

No, we do not. Our application only temporarily captures the data found on driver licenses and ID cards. To be stored the info must be manually entered. 

Yes, we do! Easy Add Plus offers a lifetime warranty on our software and a discount on replacement barcode scanners.
